Management Team

Mr. Pennino is currently the Director of Development & Construction of EmKey Energy, EmKey Gathering, CGE Ventures and RH energytrans, LLCs. He has Project Managed extensively in the Environmental Compliance and Oil & Gas industries for over 13-years, more exclusively in pipeline and facilities construction for the past 8-years. In those 8-years he has managed directly, or was highly involved in management, of over $150 million combined in 100+ successful construction projects. Each project ranging in varying sizes, with the largest individual project being an approximate $15 million, 10-miles of dual 20” steel pipelines and appurtenances to a natural gas fired electrical generating powerplant in Pennsylvania. Mr. Pennino works very closely with clients to value engineer projects, along with facilitating economic evaluations and feasibility studies for the better-good of the clients and entire team. Although a newer teammate to the group of companies, he has worked directly with the group for over 14+ years, in both the environmental compliance and pipelines/facilities construction fields. Mr. Pennino holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science from St. Bonaventure University.
